Included are reports for the building Envelope, Heating and Cooling loads and sizing, and required high efficacy Lighting (fluorescents).

What we need from you

Floor plans, dimensioned, showing window and door locations and sizes. |

Plans or a narrative showing construction type and insulation for all walls, floors and roof. |

Exterior elevations and/or building cross sections. |
| |
 |
Window and door schedules including window U-Value and Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) or Shading Factor (SC). |

Heating and Cooling equipment specifications including mechanical equipment type, model, input and output capacities, efficiencies, and fan horsepower. |

Hot water heater specifications including make, model, BTU’s and water capacity, efficiency. |
