Pacific Title-24 provides complete California Title-24 Energy calculations and documentation for Commercial new construction, remodels, and additions. Included may be reports for the Building Envelope, HVAC (including heating and cooling loads and equipment sizing) and interior and/or exterior (parking lot) Lighting depending on your needs.

Floor plans, dimensioned, showing window and door locations and sizes. |

Plans showing construction type and insulation for all walls, floors and roof. |

Exterior elevations and/or building cross sections. |
| |

Window and door schedules including window U-Value and Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) or Shading Factor (SC). |

Heating and Cooling equipment specifications including input and output capacities, efficiencies, fan horsepower |

Hot water heater specifications including make, model, capacity, efficiency. |

Lighting plans and fixture schedule (if applicable) including type of lamps and sizes, ballast type, . |

Plans should be in form of AutoCAD drawings (up to v2008) or DFX. There may be an additional charge for paper drawings. |
New Commercial Building Prices
Prices for commercial buildings are based on the number of Mechanical Zones. A Zone is an area of the building that is heated and cooled by one or more identical HVAC units.
