We provide all of the reports and forms you need for compliance with the California Energy Efficiency Standards for Residential and Nonresidential Buildings, covering the building Envelope, Mechanical systems, and interior and exterior Lighting.

Our low-rise Residential services cover all new home construction - as well as room additions and alterations. Our Title 24 reports include calculations for the building envelope and for high efficacy (fluorescent) Lighting requirements. We also perform Title-24 calculations for tract homes (multiple orientations).
We provide Title-24 compliance for all types of Non-Residential commercial and Industrial construction. Whether an office building, retail store, school, or factory, Pacific Title-24 can perform the calculations required for the building Envelope, Mechanical systems, and interior and exterior Lighting. We also provide documentation for relocatable buildings (i.e. schools).
